Registration: All Attendees
 $90.00 collected On Site by Cash or Check ONLY.

Refunds:​ A refund will be given if clinic is cancelled after first day minus an Administrative fee of $20. 

Contact Onsite Clinic Administrator should an extenuating circumstance arise.

CEUs

TDLR: 11 CEUs
Staff Development Days: 2 days
In-Service Days: 2 days
HB 2038 Concussion Training: 2 hours

Licensed Athletic Trainers may claim a maximum of 11 hours/CEUs towards TDLR license renewal requirements.

BOC: 10 CEUs
The Davis mountains Sports Medicine Clinic (BOC AP#: P413) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Certified Athletic Trainers.
